Hi, I'm Mike. I help people get comfortable with technology and make their daily lives easier.
With a diverse background spanning over 20 years in IT, I've worn many hats – from software developer, desktop & network support, implementation consultant to operations and technical support specialist.
I'm comfortable with a wide range of technologies and enjoy finding solutions to even the trickiest tech problems.
But my passion for helping goes beyond just fixing computers. I have a YouTube channel where I share knowledge on all sorts of topics.
I'm also an active member of my local community (Bletchingley), where I enjoy playing lawn bowls and managing their website Bletchingley Bowling Club.
I'm a good listener and I'm always happy to lend a hand, whether it's troubleshooting a laptop / mobile issue or just offering a friendly ear.
I believe in providing patient, personalized IT support that empowers both young and old to embrace technology and maintain their independence.
When I'm not helping others, you can find me indulging in my hobbies: photography, YouTube videos, travelling, and of course, enjoying a game of bowls.
If you're in need of a helping hand, whether it's with technology, or just someone to chat IT with, give me a call.
